Show Homes

We have designed and installed show homes for supported housing and extra care schemes. These give potential residents the opportunity to view a flat in realistic way before they are able to move in. We provided design ideas and mood boards as part of the approval process. We then install everything including the final dressing and accessorising to help create the perfect showhome.

Hairdressing Rooms

Activities such as hairdressing are now considered to be important part in maintaining wellbeing and a positive outlook on life and give access to a facility that may not be easily accessable. We have refurbished rooms to bring them up to the standard of modern salon where residents can be pampered.

Guest Bedrooms

Located mainly in Sheltered Housing schemes, these rooms tend to suffer from a lack of investment but can provide a useful facility to allow guests to stay close by with friends and relatives. These can be refurbished to bring then up to the standard of a modern hotel bedroom in a very cost effective way.
